Sulfur is one of the important and widely used elements for plants. Sulfur plays a role in the production of protein, oil in oilseed plants and increasing the quality level of products. Granular sulfur helps to supply the sulfur required by the plant as well as to improve alkaline and calcareous soils, and it reduces the pH of the soil, as well as the release of fixed elements in the soil, and improves the absorption of macro and micro elements by plant roots. Granular sulfur also has fungicidal properties and helps to reduce soil fungal diseases.
